Ten Year Warranty on the Frame - we use marine grade aluminum... and all stainless steel hardware... and the frame and hardware carry a Ten-Year Warranty directly from the factory. The frames are rated to withstand winds of 180 MPH.

Five Year Warranty on the Vinyl - all vinyl's are hear welded, not sewn or glued so it will last longer. The tops are designed to be taken off the frame if winds of 70 MPH is expected. They are easily taken down in about 20 to 30 minutes - putting it back up is a little more time consuming but totally doable in under two hours. If you do not wish to take it down or put it back up yourself we offer that service - just call us and get yourself on the list if a storm is expected.
